Ryan, knows his stuff! As a chiropractor, I deal with all sorts of health professionals, and when it comes to trainers and coaches, Ryan is top notch. He has a significant knowledge base and a strong desire to help his clients get the most for their money. Give Ryan a call and Get the most out of your Health!

I have been working with Ryan for seven weeks. At first it was more a mental lift, as I was definately out of shape and needed toning, strength, and conditioning. But, through positive reinforcement( and a sense of humour), hard work, challenging workouts, and lots of sweat, progress has been made. I am now at a point where I can see results in how clothes fit in addition to the extra energy I have. I look forward to our meetings, to see what he has in store for me. Each workout is a little different ~ some are a lot different ~ but I always come away with a sense of accomplishment at surviving the challenge! Not bad for 59.....
