I strongly believe that the mind controls the the body and it is my goal to help my clients discover the potential of their Mind/Willpower. As a Fitness Professional my goal is to teach realistic and natural ways to achieve physical transformations. Gaining lean muscle mass the quickest and healthiest way possible; coaching workouts that will keep you energized and stress-free throughout the day as well as burning fat without having to do insane cardio routines are just some of the ideas I believe in and educate my clients on. My mission is to help as many individuals as possible to complete personal physical goals, achieve health and wellness behaviors but most importantly, learn to adapt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    This is my second year training with Roy. I'm in my 50s and have multiple injuries. A couple of years I had cancer and after my treatments I had a choice to either Take a cancer drug or to loose weight and exercise. I have to say I hate exercise but I know that had to be the right thing for me to do. Roy is able to tailor my workout to my injuries and finds a way to make you enjoy the time while sweating away the pounds. I'm up to 25 pounds lost and many inches and sized thanks to Roy.

    Roy is an awesome instructor who is friendly, motivating, and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. I have been taking Roy's Cycling class and Boot Camp for over 6 months now and I have to say I'm addicted. I look forward to them weekly. Roy pushes you to reach beyond your comfort zone. He will make sure your form is correct and will modify exercises if needed. He has the patients of a saint and is just an over all fun instructor to be around. He is a dedicated instructor/trainer who will not disappoint you.

    Roy is an amazing instructor/trainer. I have worked with him on a personal on-on-one level and in a group setting and he always gives it his all. He is so dedicated and enthusiastic about what he does. He pushes you to your max and has faith in the fact that you CAN do it, which makes you push yourself just as hard as well. He trailers your workouts based on what your fitness goals are. His positive attitude makes it that much more enjoyable and the feeling you get after each session is one of fulfillment. I am pregnant now so I haven't trained with Roy in a couple of months, but I definitely plan on getting back on track with him after this because I know he will get me back into the shape and fitness level I was and better. I definitely recommend Roy. You will not be disappointed.

    As a registered nurse who is dedicated to sport and healthy life style I used to believe that I don't need a personal trainer. I thought I knew everything my self; however, I changed my mind after having my first training session with Roy . He is incredible at what he does, knowledgable and dedicated. He helps his clients based on their fitness goals creating an individualized workout routine and dietary guidance. He is extremely supportive and motivating. I can definitely say that personal training is his calling. If anyone can help your fitness goals come true Roy can.

    I have experienced Roy's help on both an individual and group level. He tailors his workout to the needs and ability of each client he has. One of my favorite aspects of Roy is that he continuously corrects your form. If you're looking for a motivational, caring and knowledgeable trainer - look no further than Roy.
