I received my Ph.D. in nutrition in 2004 from prestigious Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas, and have been a certified personal fitness trainer since 1998. I opened my counseling and fitness practice, eatrightfitness® in 1998 and have helped thousands of clients reach their personal goals over the years.
