I Live in a small town of Maynard Massachusetts with my two beautiful girls Laci (7) Gwen 15months and my husband Steven. He is a great father and is a forman for Boston local 537. In 1990 I got certified by IDEA and AFAA for fitness instuctor and Personal trainer. I worked at a small gym in Maynard for 5 years. The gym closed so then I moved to Concord fitness. Then I got a full time job at a wholesale club and worked p/t as a fitness instructor. Around 1997 I was too busy with my f/t job, so I let my certifications go. When I had my daughter Laci I gave up my f/t job to be a f/t mom. Also I wanted to do what I love is train and teach fitness again....So two years ago I re-uped my certs and doing what I luv. I am also 12 year a member of EMWSL (womens soccer) and play with my team The Whips for the past 8 years. For the last few years I have been doing 5ks. I hate running for long periods of time so I think that why my times are I am also a breast cancer survivor, I found out in April of 2010 that I had breast cancer, I had a lumpectomy and 36 treatments of radiation....and I am feeling great.

I have been working out with Robin for over a year. I have finally been able to make fitness a scheduled part of my life and I hate when I can't make her class.
Robin provides works out that are not for the wimpy but if you want to feel and look better and are ready to work hard to get to your goal. Robin will get you there.
Robin got me to run my first 5k with a group of exercise classmates and the second race I ran; she ran it with me because I was the only one doing it.
I was not sure when she introduced the boxing into the workout but for woman this is a great way to relieve stress in our lives especially moms and feel empowered!
She is always throwing new things at us, you will never be bored!
I turned 40 last year and these workouts were exactly what I needed and wanted in my new decade of life.

Robin is a great instructor. She always has new things to add to her classes so not every class is the same. She teaches a variety of different classes and I enjoy working with her. She is great with any dietary and/or fitness concerns. She motivates myself and everyone to work to the best of their ability. I would recommend all of Robins classes to anyone who wants make fitness a part of their life.

I have been doing a variety of Robins workouts since fall of 2009. She has changed my outlook on fitness and health for sure. i look better now than i have in a long time. Robin is tough, has a great sense of humor and is motivating. I would reccommend her classes to anyone looking to change the way they look and feel.
