On my rest days from weight training I do a 20-25 minute jog after breakfast how long should I wait before going on a run?

Personally, I would have a difficult time running after all that and would wait at least 2 hours before running. If you are time limited why not have the banana, go for a run, then eat breakfast. Everyone is different so you may feel comfortable within the hour.
