Robert is truly dedicated to his profession. He is very well trained and has a passion for wanting to help people achieve their goals. I encourage you to allow him to be part of your training endeavors for the new year. The fact that he is too a nutritionist is a huge plus.. He offers many great pointers that I am sure will help you reach your goals. Please give him a chance. You will not be dissapointed.12

As a woman, I didn't want to get bulky so Robert had me working out with his resistance bands and his suspension training system in the comfort of my home. He tailored exercises to my goals that aren't to diffulcult, however they challenged my body enough to where I am now seeing true progress.

I've started with Robert 2 weeks ago doing his "Bedroombody Fitness" workout. I've served our Country so I know what boot camp feels like and the circuit routines in the Bedroombody Fitness workout will get me back in that same kind of shape without punishing me the way basic training did.
