I was apprehensive about hiring a trainer, but after having knee surgery, I needed some help. Rita is a trainer at Fitness Pointe, Munster, IN, who makes an effort to meet the members when she is on the floor. She is always available. After having a conversation about my health goals, Rita made some suggestions. I followed these suggestions but decided I wanted more. Thus, the training began. Rita customized a program for me. She knew what I wanted to improve upon and that is what we worked on. Her workouts were rigorous, varied, and designed to build strength. To motivate me, Rita provided articles to read, she encouraged nutritional changes, and checked my food journal regularly. She measured me at the beginning of our training commitment, in the middle, and at the end. I had weight loss and also lost inches. :) Rita was professional. She was always on time and flexible in the scheduling if adjustments needed to be made. Rita builds a relationship with her clients. She is an attentive listener that is soft spoken but firm in her commitment to achieve your fitness goals. I would highly recommend Rita for your trainer.

I feel that Rita makes a customized workout just for you. It is not going to be easy but she makes sure to whip me into shape. I am just one month in and I am feeling fantastic and looking forward to great results. She makes me feel as tough and empowered not just over my weight but my life choices. She is fun and I look forward to many more "burns" with her!!

Rita is absolute the best! She has great techniques, is an excellent instructor and motivates you to continue when you think you can’t go on. She mixes it up and adjusts workouts to progressively build strength and endurance. I’ve seen great improvement in my muscle tone, weight, and overall wellbeing! I never thought that I’d enjoy working out but low and behold…I look forward to Rita’s visits! This is by far one of the best investments that I’ve ever made for myself.

There is never a dull training day. Rita takes HOME personal training and really makes it PERSONAL. Every session is unique and well planned for me. She makes something that I need to do into something that I look forward to doing.... most of the times!?!?

Great trainer! We’ve been working together for about three months. Helped me realized that it’s possible to work out at home and helped me find my strengths. Worked on my resistance; learned a lot of different exercises. I am very happy with her.
