I get up at 4:15 a.m. every morning. I am naturally a morning person so it's easier for me, yet I do get tired. I am actually developing a brochure with our local restaurant that has healthy foods on their menu. As a personal trainer and a fitness instructor, the brochure has my recommendations for food choices. And for everyone that signs up at our gym, we give a gift card to that restaurant.

Fruits are good for the sweet tooth but beware of some of the fruits because of the sugar level. Even though they are "healthy", some will still give you an insulin spike then crash. Berries are a great choice such as blue berries, strawberries, rasberries.
