Rebecca taught group exercises at my workplace. She always drew good attendance to her class for good reason...she's an excellent instructor. For every one of her classes, I always got a great workout.

I liked that she paid attention to my form and corrected me whenever I needed it. She also constantly provided the group with motivational pep to keep us going. And she brought different exercises into the mix to keep it fresh and interesting.

Rebecca is fantastic. I work out in her classes three days a week, for a total of four classes. I like that she always comes super prepared with workouts planned out and written down, and really thinks through how she can push us, inspire us, and vary our workouts throughout the week. Her classes range in age from college students to senior citizens, along with a few devoted wanna-get-in-shape types, or true athletes. So I see Rebecca constantly able to modify workouts, and know how to encourage us to reach our own individual potential, which is not something I've ever experienced in a class. This is why I work out with her three times a week!!!

Rebecca has a fantastic personality that works for all types of people, and all types of situations. This is always a plus, and when it's a one on one class to when there are over ten people in the class, I always feel the level of care and attention is the same. She has a gift.

I hope to continue to work out with Rebecca, as long as I can, because I love how I see results and I love that I actually really enjoy working out and am excited to come to class every day. She has a warm up and cool down routine that we use every class, which I think is really helpful and consistent which is really nice to ensure we are warmed up and ready. Rebecca is nice, she's friendly, she cares- and this is why she is so good, on top of her obvious extensive knowledge of the body, of types of work outs, and she's always willing to answer questions, talk about your concerns and advise you on what you can do to best maximize your own potential.

Rebecca is my spin instructor and she is the greatest! I wish she could coach me throughout the rest of the day too! She's kind, friendly and really enthusiastic without being scary and yelling at you. She motivates you to feel that you can really climb that next hill or be a speed demon for 30 seconds. I love her class!

Rebecca teaches group exercise at my gym. I find taking her class almost a necessity. Rebecca is one of the the few instructors that perform corrective exercises. Not only do I get a great workout but I leave feeling great. I get a lot of stiffness to my hips and back due to scoliosis. After Rebecca's classes I am no longer stiff and most of the pain is gone. I find that Rebecca is very knowledgeable and is passionate about what she does. She is a great resource ! I ask her a lot of questions and she always takes the time to answer :-) Thanks Rebecca! BTW I love this site!

I first met Rebecca about two months ago, when I stepped into a gym for the first time in my 37 years of life. Although I have never been really overweight, I have never been athletic or fit either. I was intimidated, out of shape, and almost completely ignorant about fitness. I knew I needed help, and I was very fortunate to be paired with Rebecca as my trainer.

I know that I am not a model trainee, but Rebecca is the perfect trainer for me. She is patient, thoughtful, and flexible. She knows when to push me and when to give me an instruction or adapt an exercise to my limitations. She celebrates my little improvements while still holding me accountable and encouraging me on to the next small goal.

One of my main concerns when approaching the gym was an old injury. Several years ago, I dislocated my elbow. I was living in the developing world far from medical care, so it didn’t heal properly. Although I did extensive physical therapy upon my return to the USA, that arm remains weak and sometimes sensitive. I was very worried about re-injuring my arm and going back to square one with pain and physical therapy. However, Rebecca worked with me to understand my injury and my concerns. She frequently asks for my feedback and comfort level with various exercises, and not only works within the limits of my injury, but also designs workouts to strengthen my weak arm.

To be honest, I was skeptical about my own ability and determination to become a fitter person. However, with Rebecca’s help, I’m learning, getting stronger, and hopefully setting up habits that will be with me for a long time to come. I could not have done it without her.

I have been working out with Rebecca (Beccy) for a number of months now and she is always challenging me to push myself. Not only does she challenge me, but she also jumps right in and challenges herself. It’s so encouraging to know that Beccy is willing to work hard right alongside you to help you reach your goals. Beccy is kind, hilarious, full of life, intentional, and a hard worker. She is timely in her workouts and tries to maximize the time for the best results. Overall, Beccy is an inspiration as an instructor and an amazing person. I highly recommend Beccy to anyone ready for a challenge from a dedicated and bubbly individual. Beccy will help you fit right in.

I love Rebecca class I take them on Tuesday and Thursday nite, she is a very good fitness instructor and is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever she can.

I love Rebcca's class she's and awsome instructor she works with you and she also make sure she gives you that lil boost to go hard.
