Planks getting too easy? Take your plank up to the next level: Set up a TRX next to a cable pully, put in lowest setting, and attach rope. Get into an extended plank position. Make sure your core is tight, and pull rope under the body with arm farthest from the cable. Arm should be fully extended. The resistance will leave you with no option but to keep your core tight... unless you want to eat some carpet!! Get it right, get it tight!! :)
Because I have a bad shoulder, this emphasizes how important core strength is. Keeping the core tight takes some pressure off using my arms to stabilize. Core tight- body right!! :) Enjoy everyone!!
