Rachel has many talents that make her a great personal trainer. Not the least of which is her very caring nature and positive attitude toward the well-being of those around her. She works hard to help you set personal fitness goals that are doable and still inspiring. She looks at the whole person when coaching, not just your musculature. She cares deeply about your success and adds spark (and sparkle) to your workout plan. She's charming and has a great sense of humor to boot. You won't be disappointed. I've known Rachel from her days in Buffalo New York. She was the fitness director at the Buffalo Athletic Club. Her enthusiasm and personality are matched only by her knowledge and ability. She cares deeply for her clients and their success is what makes her happy. Her classes were always fun and the workouts intense and the instructions clear. She always make sure that people worked to their own ability. She did just stand up there and "perform"..she works the room! I don't know anybody who is better suited to the job of personal trainer and fitness instructor than Rachel Farkas.Sincerely, Karen McLean, Buffalo New York.

I took aerobic classes from Rachel many, many years ago. She was the most inspirational and motivating teacher I have ever had. I had already been taking classes for several years but Rachel was different...smart, caring, and funny. I learned so much from her about proper form and safe exercise that I eventually became an instructor myself. I can only imagine the well-rounded fitness knowledge she has accumulated.
