    I have been training with Nancee for about six months. I am a retired law enforcement officer and have always exercised by weight lifting, running and cycling. I considered myself to be in good physical condition and I was managing to maintain my level of fitness. However, I just was not making any progress-despite spending hours running, biking and in the gym. A friend recommended Nancee and she designed a training program for me, based on the Conjugate Method. I am very happy with the results. As of this morning, I have achieved personal records (PRs) in all three basic power lifting exercises (bench press, squat, dead lift). Additionally, I am running faster and cycling longer. At 54 years old, I never expected my strength and speed to improve so much. Nancee stresses functional movement and injury prevention. She has always been available with answers when I needed them. I recommend Nancee for anyone who wants to improve their level of fitness, regardless of your age, gender, or previous workout experience.

    Nancee has honestly changed my outlook on fitness. She has been working with me since the beginning of the year. In that time, she has taught me the importance of physical fitness as well as the correct way to work out. She is very educated in her work as she not only demonstrates each move but also explains the purpose. She cares very much for her clients and it shows in her work and attitude. Thank you Nancee for all that you have done for me! I would highly recommend her as a trainer!

    I've been working with Nancee for the last 4 months and she is fantastic. She is well versed in many forms of exercise and stretching to give you a full workout. She is careful to push you hard enough but teaches you how to pace yourself and how to do each movement so that you don't injure yourself. Nancee cares about her clients and adjusts workouts to suit their needs and abilities. I strongly recommend Nancee to anyone looking for that extra motivation, encouragement and guidance. She simply is the BEST!!!
