My training practice is based on helping you live a healthier life. As such, I will improve your posture and core before moving on to more advanced exercises. Drawing from my military and martial arts background, I know that I cannot lead where I will not go. This means that any exercise I ask you to do, I have also done in my workouts. I will not just teach you the technique, but I can tell you how the exercise feels and how it will help you over the course of time. I exercise, eat a healthy diet, keep my stress levels low, and in many other ways live the same life I teach. In my free time, you will find me rock climbing with my children, and otherwise enjoying the benefits of good health.     I have been training with Phil for over 7 years. The range of Phil's expertise and knowledge exceeds any other trainer I have worked with. Our work outs have ranged from training in a gym, pool and outdoors. Phil has patience and focuses on the correct form to build a strong foundation for the best outcome and Phil's knowledge of the mechanics of the human body are above and beyond. I highly recommend Phil for anyone serious about overall fitness and health.

    Phil is by far such a superior trainer above the rest of them. He understands the way the body works and really incorporates his learning into his workouts. He has been training me for 6 years, and i always come away from our workouts feeling much more together. He has a way of knowing what your body needs before you do. Phil really pushes you beyond your comfort zone, which is necessary to get stronger and fitter. He helped me bounce back from two pregnancies looking better than before! I wouldn't train with anyone else!
