Graduating with high honors, I was able to obtain a degree in exercise science and biology; allowing me a more in-depth perspective of the human body on a microscopic and macroscopic level. Currently, I also actively participate as a competitive men's physique athlete year round for the NPC organization.     I've been consulting with Phil for over a year now, as trainer to trainer. I realized very fast he is very dedicated, informative and involved with every single one of his clients. If I ever had a question about anything to do with fitness, nutrition or supplementation, he always had an answer and if he didn't, he knew where to look for it. Seven weeks ago I decided to hire Phil as a coach. The results and progress I've made from his program are phenomenal! I had the upmost faith in him from the beginning but I never expected these results and I'm only half way through. I feel fantastic and have never been healthier. I feel confident in putting my future goals and progress completely in Phil's more than competent hands. I honestly couldn't respect or trust in another fitness professional as I do this guy. Thanks again man!

    Phil is without a doubt the best personal trainer I have ever had. I have been training with him for 4 months and could not be happier with my results. He has helped me drop my body fat while increasing my overall strength. While training with Phil, you can expect him to be absolutely focused on you and your desired goals. He has a real commitment to his clients and the unique ability to motivate and push them to reach their maximum potential. Not only will he help you with your fitness goals, but he also cares to get to know his clients on a personal level. If you choose to train with Phil, you will be working with someone that makes it his goal to help your overall health.
    He shapes his workouts to best suit your needs and can moderate the level of difficulty depending on his clients. Lastly, Phil has an extremely fair price for his fitness packages and is flexible to train on a schedule that best works for the client. Honestly, you will not make a better decision for your fitness than training with Phil. He is extremely knowledgable about the industry and puts his clients before himself. Train with Phil and I promise you will be happy with the investment.

    Phil is a one of a kind trainer! I have been training with him for about a month now and have seen so much progress in myself. I have lost 6 pounds, changed my eating habits and also gained muscle. Phil is very flexible, he can work and make things work in so many ways. He makes the workout enjoyable and to your liking. Even working a half hour with him feel like you have worked out for an hour. He also goes through how to eat and if you are experiencing any pain he can help you in that area as well. He is also very affordable. I am a college student so it is tough for me to just pay my month to month bills, but he is flexible in the sense of payment and making sure I get what I paid for. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great personal trainer and someone to keep them motivated.

    Phil is a great personal trainer. I'm just a regular guy, not a body builder. I'm in my mid 50's, overweight, tired all the time, have a bad hip, can't touch the floor, have no flexibility, etc. - you get the idea. I've been working out with Phil for over 3 months now. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and not a 'beat it into you' trainer. He'd diligent about warm up and cool down periods, and has helped me go from not being able to lift my legs off the ground while laying on my back to now burning about 700 calories per workout (4x a week). He's taught me to know how to workout. I highly recommend him to anyone who cares about improving their physical well being.
