As a fitness professional for 25+ years, I focus on offering high-quality programming for the healthy, 40+ adult population. I specialize in providing custom-designed, safe and effective routines to clients in the privacy of their home or office. I also offer small group training using my Body Choreography Method™ (BCM). The BCM™ combines non-impact, full-body exercises inspired by fitness, Pilates and yoga practices. Moving with music and rhythm, the BCM™ encourages participants to focus and connect body and mind with special attention on breathing, alignment, core control and flowing movements. Regular participation in BCM™ results in increased strength, flexibility and balance with overall improved posture and coordination. I feel very fortunate to be part of the fitness industry with frequent opportunities to share my passion and knowledge with others. My hope is to inspire many more to adopt fitness as a regular habit so they too may enjoy greater health, wellness and ease of movement.
