I enjoy engaging individuals as well as small groups in fat-burning, movement based, muscle enhancing and endurance building, ALL-OUT-FUN fitness experiences. Whether you are new to exercise, an experienced fitness enthusiast or somewhere in-between we can work together to achieve positive results. Health, wellness, vitality and independence are essential to living a full, active life. I would be honored to help you achieve your goals! I am passionate about educating, encouraging and coaching people about changing thier life through fitness and healthy eating stragies. My life is about family and friends and embracing all that life has to offer in these relationships. Like most women, these relationships are my life, and I have to be at my best to embrace and engage in all that comes with these important people. Born with hip dysplasia, I was never involved in athletics as a child. At age 35, I became my surgeon’s youngest hip-replacement patient. After surgery, I was able to move better than ever. My level of fitness improved significantly. Since I could finally move well, I decided to keep moving, and I became a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFFA to teach step aerobics. I also taught group spinning classes. In 2005 I was diagnosed with a malignant tumor—on my foot! Surgery saved my foot. Since then, I’ve learned that nutrition and strength training are necessary compliments to aerobics/cardio in order to be effectively fit. I attended the National Personal Training Institute and am now an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer, and continually further my education in the science of exercise and functional movement. Fitness unleashes the power that enables me to continuously embrace life with family and friends. Choose to allow the Power Achieved Through Fitness to enhance and enrich your life, too.

Pat is an outstanding trainer ! I have been working with her for close to a year and Pat has been the major contributor to my makeover success. Pat's passion and dedication to her work truly shines through. She never allows a barrier to get in the way of a total exercise regime. Pat is able to modify exercises due to previous injuries or other health issues and always finds a way to work around a barrier. Pat is always very professional and positive with a constant "can do" attitude. I have worked with several trainers over the years and Pat far surpasses anyone I have ever trained with. Pat changes her routines frequently so the exercises remain challenging. I recommend Pat in the very highest regard. She is a true master in her field!

I wouldn't work with anyone else besides Pat. She is understanding about the diet and pushes you to get better each week - both physically and by eating better. She understands it is a journey and helps you get there. I have lost weight, have more energy, and feel better since working with her. She is a great trainer and would highly recommend her.

I've been working with Pat for about four months and I LOVE it. I've had great results - and we did it my way. At the beginning, I expressed concerns to Pat about going on a "diet" vs. changing my lifestyle. She has worked closely with me to adjust my eating and exercise routines in a way that doesn't feel like I'm depriving myself. She has been incredibly supportive and a wonderful cheerleader. I wouldn't work with anyone else - I love working with Pat.

Pat's passion for helping others is what drives her to coach in the most excellent and outstanding ways. Not only does she provide individualized care, encouragement, and effective use of exercise time, she makes it fun -- especially for those of us who hate to work out. She fully exceeds any expectations one might have for a personal fitness coach as well as for a compassionate friend. Her knowledge and experience help make her the perfect person to trust to help us keep moving, stay healthy, and fully enjoy life.

Pat takes the time to get to know you both inside and out. She truly cares about your health and is extremely knowledgeable about what types of excersices are right for you. I have a torn rotator cuff and she is both my personal trainner and physical therapist. Pat never makes you feel inadequate, she is extremely patient and works
with you at the level you are at. She asks just a little bit more from you each time but never more than what your capable of. Pat is a great trainer and time flys as your working out with her because she keeps you either laughing or interested in very unique training circuits.
