    I have worked with Pam on an almost weekly basis for one year. My goal has been to increase overall strength- especially core strength, increase muscle mass, and prevent injuries. I am a marathon runner and triathlete, but I have experienced multiple runner's injuries (such as plantar fasciitis, iliotibial syndrome, piriformis syndrome and hip flexor problems). I have found training with Pam has accomplished my goals. I have not had any runners injuries since working with Pam. I've increased my core strength and increased lean muscle mass. Pam is very knowledgeable and conscientious. Her constantly varying workouts are fun and challenging. Her exercises and equipment are always changing; from resistance bands, to suspension rope straps, to kettle bell, to weights, to Tabata training (high intensity interval training), to agility training w/ training ladders, to boxing, and much more! Pam regularly adjusts her workouts to be challenging. She checks in with me after training sessions to make sure her modifications were appropriate for my body. She also can provide nutrition education. I have found she promotes a mindfulness approach and attention to daily living. I regard her as a friend and mentor, and would highly recommend training with Pam.

    I've worked out with Pam for the past year and a half, and it's been a wonderful experience. Pam is adept at understanding what motivates her clients and at getting to the heart of what we want from our workouts. She consistently encouraged me to think about the end results I wanted to achieve (to be stronger and leaner) and challenged me to keep making progress. When I mentioned to her that I'd always wanted to run a 5K -- even though I didn't consider myself a runner -- she encouraged me, helped me train for the race, believed in me and ran alongside me on race day. My framed race number now sits in my office as a reminder that we can break through our self-imposed limits, particularly with the encouragement, support and expertise of a trainer like Pam. I can't recommend Pam highly enough to anyone looking for a trainer whose sole focus is helping clients meet their goals in a positive and encouraging manner.

    I have experienced an AWAKENING working with Pam for the past year. I had worked with other trainers for over six years and got some good results; however, since training with Pam my results, my motivation, my fitness knowledge and most importantly, my awareness of my body have increased immeasurably. Pam has taught me the importance of good form when performing an exercise. Pam has taught me to "feel" the different muscles working within my body and how small adjustments in form can mean the difference between a good workout and a tremendously awesome workout! I can now see my muscles at work and marvel at curves and definition that I haven't seen since my 30's. Pam personalizes each and every workout for each and every cookie cutter routines. I like, too, how she is constantly changing up workout routines so nothing becomes rote and boring. I don't hear, "We will do this for 6 weeks and then move on to something more...". Pam keeps my sessions fresh and challenging. We talk about goals on a weekly basis. Pam has helped me through a three week bout of an aching hip even going so far as consulting with my chiropractor to get me safely back in top shape in the shortest amount of time. I raise questions about fitness and health as I get closer and closer to the big 60, and if she doesn't know the answers, she sends an email later in the day as follow up. Pam is truly an EXPERT in her field as a personal trainer, a great listener, awesome coach and good friend. I look different, I feel different, I know more about my body and fitness than I have ever known in my life. I feel alive, healthy and very happy. All I can say is this...Thank you, Pam! For anyone reading Pam NOW. Stop drudging through workouts with other trainers, make a change, experience an will NOT REGRET IT!

    Pam has been my personal trainer for the past 4 months. I am ecstatic with my results so far and look forward to continuing our work together!

    Pam has helped me increase my strength, flexibility and endurance by creating personalized workouts which incorporate interval cardio and strength training. We meet twice a week for one-hour sessions in her home gym. She keeps me motivated by introducing me to a plethora of excercises which work all different muscle groups, focusing in on my problem areas to ensure success. She keeps the work outs fresh and exciting, increasing reps to continue pushing me further towards my goal. Most importantly, she doesn't except excuses but rather she encourages me to persevere.

    Pam goes above and beyond the workouts by checking my food intake daily through the fat secret app. I need that accountability piece to help maintain my focus. She is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I highly recommend Pam to anyone who is serious about losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle.

    I have been working out with Pam for 6 months now and I have been very happy with our workouts and my results. I have a gym in my home so Pam comes to my home for our workouts. She is always on time, prepared with a workout plan, varies the workout and her rates are pretty reasonable. Pam knows her stuff and knows when to push you and when to slow it down a bit. If you have back issues, shoulder problems, etc. she takes that into consideration when planning out your workout so you don't further hurt yourself. She will also recommend physical therapist if needed.

    Not only is Pam an awesome trainer she is also an awesome person. She is friendly, supportive and very easy to talk too.

    If you are looking for a personal trainer, look now more. Pam is the one for you!
