Fitness and wellbeing has always been a part of my life since a young age. Therefore, becoming a fitness instructor is the natural course in my life. I believe in finding and teaching programs that not only give you results, but help you keep those results and improve your quality of life as well. Fitness is such an important part of everyone's physical and mental wellbeing, it's become a passion of mine to bring it to as many people as possible, regardless of circumstances. I am currently a Zumba Instructor, R.I.P.P.E.D Instructor, Curves Zumba in the Circuit Instructor, provide private lessons, and work with various Charity and Non-Profit Organizations.

    I wanted to take this time and share my story with others who are wanting to reach their fitness goals. After much procrastination and lacking confidence in being able to reach my fitness goals, I decided to finally make the decision to get fit. I started searching for a personal trainer that was able to assist me with reaching my fitness goals and losing the so called baby weight that I had been carrying around. Mind you my son at the time was 4 yrs old! LOL. After much searching, I found Nicole website and read her story and immediately felt like she could relate to me.I started working directly with Nicole in the early months of last year. I was skeptical at first because I didn't know how I was going to reach my goals with such a busy schedule, would I be able to keep up?. I am a full time employee, full-time student and a mother of 3, this was a workout in itself. However, I had always had a desire to become more fit and trim.I wanted to be able to wear a bathing suit ( 2 piece) without feeling uncomfortable. When I spoke to Nicole she reassured me that I could reach my goals and she would help me every step of the way. She was able to put together a weekly schedule that accommodated me, as well as put together a food plan for me. She was a great sense of support and encouragement. She motivated me to keep going. Before I knew it, I was dropping pounds and losing inches. I had never been able to get results like this, just by eating right and following her fitness plan for me. In total, I lost over 20lbs. She not only helped me reach my fitness goals but also taught me how to maintain my weight loss. She taught me the importance of being active and eating right. Now a year later, I have still been able to keep the weight off. So, if your looking for a trainer , a great zumba instructor or fitness instructor, Nicole is the one! I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting fit and staying fit. Working with Nicole has been a great life changing experience. Thank you Nicole!
