I believe exercise should be functional, realistic, efficient, and balanced. Functional exercise should prepare you for your everyday activities and allow you to perform them with ease. Your exercise programs should be realistic--not everyone needs to train as a body builder to get results! A well balanced program, as well as an efficient one--you can complete a total body workout in as little as fifteen minutes--is equally important to me. More than anything, I want to share my knowledge with you and provide the motivation you need to change your lifestyle.

I have been working with Nicole for two years now. My main objective was to improve my balance and strength so that I could continue to play tennis and hike without injury. I am so impressed with her knowledge, positive attitude and encouragement. She is by no means a pushover -- she designs a rigorous workout in which she very nicely gets me to do just a few more reps! Every workout is very well balanced and works numerous muscle groups along with cardio. I, quite honestly, haven't felt this good in years. I truly believe she has been a major factor in that!

I was unfit, overweight 49 years old feeling like I was aging faster than I should when I decided it was time for change and looked for a trainer.
I can’t believe how lucky I was. Nicole is super smart and knows fitness, she has a talent to motivate through understanding capabilities and pushing the right amount for body and mind to respond positively.
Nicole introduced me to many exercises and activities until we found some that stuck. For me it was hiking and biking and the training class.
Now, thanks to Nicole, I have lost 60+lb, am doing 50k bike rides and hiking Pikes Peak. I am a lot happier and feel younger and fitter than I have ever done in my life.
Change is hard at any age, I had not been one to ask for help , but sometimes getting help from someone who knows what to do makes sense. Nicole has added several years to my life, and the quality of life has never been better.
    Thank you Nicole!

I joined the YMCA a year and a half ago. I had never worked out at a gym before and was very intimidated by the equipment. Hiring Nicole as a trainer, was one the best decisions in my life. She exposed me to every type of equipment the gym has, and has given me the knowledge I needed to stay healthy and strong for the rest of my life. She is tough but caring! I encourage anyone looking for a trainer to use Nicole, she can help you change your life.

We hired Nicole to work with our two children ages 12 and 15, girl and boy. They are year round athletes who needed some help working out correctly at home and recommendations of appropriate exercises for their sports. Nicole was amazing with them, patient and very supportive. We were thrilled with how much she was able to teach them! We highly recommend her and found her delightful to work with!

I actually graduated High School with Nicole and we reconnected after numerous years via Facebook. I was active duty in the USAF at the time and was stationed at the USAF Academy. After I realized she was a personal trainer I was so relieved, since I needed one in the worse way. I had struggled almost every year with passing my USAF PT test due to injuries and needed the extra training and accountability that having a personal trainer provided. She created a training regimen that built on my strengths while making concessions for my injuries. For the first time in my USAF career I actually scored the most points you can receive on the cardiovascular portion of the USAF PT test. I am now retired from the USAF but if I still lived in her area I would still be using her services.
