It is never too late to reach a new fitness goal. My focus is on integrated and functional training, which simply means working our bodies the way we move them in everyday life. During daily activities, our muscles are forced to work together synergistically to produce movements. Increasing your functional strength will not only allow you to perform daily activities at ease, but you will also experience improved balance, strength, flexibility, power, metabolism and so much more!

Nicole is a wonderful trainer. I had to suffer through 3 trainers who were not so knowledgeable. Nicole works you hard but has the knowledge and experience not to hurt you.

She continually strives to improve herself which gives you inspiration to improve yourself.
