How do you stay motivated to get your own workouts done, when you are training all day long?

I've subscribed to the videos on IDEAFit and when I'm feeling burnt out from sessions, I follow along with the workout videos. I can learn some new ideas and techniques and also get a great workout without really thinking about it. It's a win-win. I use the new exercises with my clients, too. :)

If a client is having difficulty finding motivation to workout, I first ask if it has to do with their schedule, energy level, or mental state. In Baltimore, as long as classes are under 15 people, we can use the city parks at no cost. Maybe call your local recreation and parks and ask about that.

That's pretty cool! I could see where this would be beneficial. Having to stand, introduces a new level of balance and stability endurance training and would use more muscles groups than cycling alone.
