Nico Rithner is Colorado Kettlebell Club’s Head Coach, President of the Association of Tactical Strength and Conditioning instructors (www.atsci.org) and Chief instructor of its Kettlebell Lifting Instructor course.
Nico Rithner founded USA Kettlebell Lifting and played an instrumental role in the development of its American Rules kettlebell sport and ranking system. USAKL promotes kettlebell lifting in all its forms with a strong focus on the American Rules kettlebell lifting sport. The primary mission of this organization is to take this strength endurance sport to our High Schools and public safety professionals (Military, Law Enforcement, and Fire Department).
Nico Rithner authored the book “Essentials of Kettlebell Lifting” and have been presenting on kettlebell lifting for prestigious organizations such as NSCA, USA Army, USA Eagles - rugby sevens men national team -, Law Enforcement Agencies, Fire Department, and University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. In addition he has provided training and instruction on kettlebell lifting to SWAT operators, Army Special Forces, Fire Fighters, and athletes of all levels.
Nico Rithner is the Strength and Conditioning coach of the 2011 National Champion Glendale Raptors (Glendale Rugby Football Club’s Divisions 1 to 3 men teams) Nico Rithner is part of the TRX military instructor’s team under Dr. Joe Martin.
