Nick is great at his job, he has a lot of experience and knowledge when it comes to sports and injuries. After my freshman year of football I broke my ankle. In the off season, we hired Nick to help me get back to my full strength. Nick didn't only help me get back to full strength, he made me a better athlete. I went into my sophomore year of football and had the best season I had ever had. I am now going into my senior year and I still see the benefits of Nicks training!

Nick is a man of working wonders! His advice has helped me complete a small personal training program that i used to help a heavier guy lose weight and get in shape. It was for a school project so having Nick as a resource really helped me benefit in my knowledge and understanding of what training really takes. Great guy!

Like a lot of runners, I began to have knee and foot problems and like most runners, the idea of having to give up running terrified me. When I met Nick he was very sympathetic and took the time to really listen to the pain that I was having, which was a knee joint pain and a stabbing pain at the bottom of my foot. From there, he was very methodical as he tried to pinpoint exactly what was causing my pain. He gave me stretches and exercises to work on and over the course of three weeks I saw a huge improvement. He also took the time to contact me throughout the three weeks and seemed very interested in my progress and well-being. After seeing him once more after that, I am running so much better. The pain has gone away, my form has improved and I’m getting ready to run another half marathon in just a couple of weeks. I’m so grateful to Nick for helping me and would recommend him to anyone!
