    I have always wanted to work out. My career is physical, but not personally physical. I've joined gyms and used videos. The personal interest and support that Nichole gives is that missing piece that I needed. I mean, BOOT CAMP!??!!! Seriously, I loved it!

    She made us all feel like a team. Our Zumba class has become a dancing book club!

    Suddenly I realized that my body had not "run" in 13 years!

    My take-away? "You're stronger than you think you are!" Amen!!!!

    I actually look forward to Nichole's classes - especially Zumba! It is always an energy filled fun class with great music. She works very hard at what she does and it shows!

    The University of Washington Bothell Recreation and Wellness Program contracted with Northshore Fitness to provide fitness instruction to our students since March of 2009. Nichole Sargent has offered a variety of fitness programs and participated in many other events in the interest of promoting health and wellness at UW Bothell.

    Northshore Fitness has offered a variety of class formats including Boot Camp, Core Conditioning 101, Cardio Conditioning 101, Outdoor Fitness, and Zumba. Nichole’s classes were fun, tailored for the various fitness levels of those attending, and were excellent workouts.

    Students love Nichole’s Zumba class and one student recently wrote: “The Zumba instructor [Nichole] that has been teaching the Zumba class on Wednesdays is AWESOME. It is hard to find a qualified and charismatic teacher for Zumba and she is both. We should definitely hire her back for Fall quarter.”

    Throughout my experience with Northshore Fitness, I have been most pleased with Nichole’s desire to offer true fitness solutions for students at this campus. Nichole was able to adapt class formats and schedules of classes to best accommodate the needs of UW Bothell students.
