All the outstanding reviews about Nic are absolutely correct. He has been training me on kettlebells for over 2 months and I am very impressed with his technical knowledge, teaching skills and ability to motivate. I am a 61 year old male (retired Army) and have always had a physical fitness mindset, but Nic is my first personal trainer and he has taken me to new levels of cardio, flexibility and strength performance.

Additionally, I have had the opportunity to observe Nic train other members (of all ages and abilities) and they are just as impressed as I. He has a rare gift of understanding both the physical and mental needs of his clients and they respond with results. To sum it up, I started the use of a trainer as a short-term experiment; but now, thanks to Nic, I am hooked.

Nick is an excellent trainer. He was highly professional and committed. He motivated me to work toward my goals, while ensuring that I had the skills necessary to continue the workouts on my own. The workouts he proposed were innovative and enjoyable.

I am sorry to see him leave my current club - his skills and experience and overall demeanor are a great loss. Nick truly helped me work toward my fitness goals and was very helpful in assisting me on the needed lifestyle changes to improve my overall health. I recommend Nick without hesitation.

Great trainer! I have had the incredible pleasure and experience of working with Nick Esposito as my personal trainer for just 8 weeks. Without the use of free weights or running, I’ve enjoyed weight loss ahead of my goals, and an incredible increase of cardio-respiratory endurance.

Nick is professional and engaging. He challenges my mental limits by encouraging me and pushing my physical limits. As he continues to learn new techniques and tools, Nick brings them to our sessions and again, encourages and motivates me to try the new and unfamiliar. He’s always patient and careful in explaining it to me- and believe me when I say he’s VERY patient with me! With that, I’ve been exposed to some new tools that I absolutely have loved using- like TRX and ViPR.

Without being overbearing, he gets in my head and just knows when I need to hear that coach talk – “finish strong” “leave it all here”. I’ve done things I never would have imagined doing and have made achievements that I couldn’t have accomplished 8 weeks ago.

A fact in all of this is, I’m 50 years old, was about 50lbs overweight and have asthma. In the short time I’ve had with Nick’s training and guidance, my endurance has increased immensely- when at first I needed my inhaler a few times during a workout- currently I’m able to do a full 1 hour strenuous workout without needing to use my inhaler at all! (Though, he makes certain I have it with me-and constantly checks on me)

I really feel a loss in Nick’s departure from my current fitness center. Though I tease him about abandoning me, my true feeling is, he deserves to be elevated as a personal trainer. He is a leader and I’d move to his new location if it were geographically feasible!

Nick is an amazing trainer. During a training session with him I was always exercising to my fullest. He always pushed me in the right direction, but he also knew what my limitations were. I play for my high school tennis team, and Nick really helped me get leaner, faster, and acquire more muscle quickly. Other than physically working out in the gym, Nick helped me change my diet to aid in my fitness and workouts. My mother and I both were trained by Nick (during different sessions), and he always specifically tailored our workouts to our needs, goals, and bodies. Nick is the best trainer anyone could ever have, and if you have the opportunity to work out with him, it'd be the best decision you'd ever make.

Nick was the only trainer I ever met that inspired me to believe that trainers were what they are supposed to be. He is extremely knowledgeable which enables him to keep each session fresh and fun. He also is well aware of ways to adapt exercises to minimize stress on existing physical faults. His nutrition knowledge and coaching were also a strong factor in his appeal.

I have witnessed many trainers at the gym I belong to that seem to be staring off in space, socializing, or even texting while training someone. Nick would never display that kind of behavior. He is very focused on the individuals he is working with. He chose this as a profession and is every bit a Professional Trainer. With that being said, I must add that training sessions were never boring and quite often actually fun. Nick enjoys what he does and made it enjoyable to learn and workout.

My personal goals were modest. At six months I wanted a 25 lbs loss using the logic that a pound a week would be adequate. I reached that goal. I was really amazed that the steady minor changes in daily life and working out was working for the first time ever for me. I was equally amazed that the beginning and ending measurements had such drastic differences. (inches on thighs, waist, chest, etc.)

Nick relocated to Hollis, NH. I miss him but believe I can take what I learned and keep going forward, or in this case down. I have lost 5 more pounds following my six months of gaining knowledge from Nick.

I would also like to add that he has checked in with me about my progress and given me encouragement even since he moved away.

I would say he is one in a million.

Anyone would be fortunate to spend time under his guidance.
