I love exercising and that is why I became a personal trainer. And I wanted to help others improve their lives. I believe that all of us can benefit from some sort of exercise activities. It does not have to be running or lifting weights, the least you can do is walking a few miles a day.
I enjoy trying out new ways to modify an existing exercise. I am very creative with my exercise movements. We can be using a pair of dumbbells, and you will still walk away with one of the best workouts of your life.
