My greatest pleasure as a health professional is to motivate people of all ages to reach for and achieve their fitness dreams! The approach I use for each individual depends on his or her fitness goals -- both long term and short term.

While some people may benefit from the liberal use of exercise machines, others may find a different exercise protocol more suitable. I train most clients using bodyweight exercises, but I will also use free weights and other exercise equipment if they are useful for achieving the client’s desired fitness goals.

I am a member of IDEA Health & Fitness Association, and I attend one of their conferences every year to keep current in my profession. These meetings have also afforded the opportunity to take workshops from outstanding professional colleagues from around the USA and other countries as well.

    Nea to the rescue! After years of coping with body changes, schedules and diets I took the plunge( three months ago) for a make over. A consultation with Nea provided me with helpful answers and advice that I had for health and diet changes. Exercise was another hurdle to conquer. Nea's small group classes bring on the right amount of overall exercise, leaving me exhilarated and satisfied. She has a passion for health,a commitment to fitness and a genuine concern for her clients.

    Nea has been a terrific trainer for me as I work to reclaim fitness after a bad fall and some health issues. She provides just the right amount of challenge and encouragement and adjusts the exercise plan based on what works and current needs. I have to travel a great deal, and Nea has worked with me to find appropriate exercises for the plane and hotel, and has also provided guidance on travel nutrition. Nea is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with the current literature, providing insights from new research or copies of relevant articles. She is friendly and pleasant, and a real joy to work with. I thoroughly endorse her comprehensive, compassionate, and tailored approach.
