I have been training clients for 18 years and work with clients of all ages. I'm the kind of trainer that takes pride in my work giving nothing less than 100% to my clients and in everything else I do. Whether it's a day of strength and conditioning, a day of balance and stabilization or a day of circuit training, I believe in always keeping things interesting by creating a fun, exciting and challenging training environment. I continually mix things up and change the training environment so the body is always guessing and never becoming stagnant or complacent to exercise. These types of workouts make exercise fun yet challenging and gets you the results you are looking for...changing your body from the inside out!

    I have been working out with Nathan at the Vienna Community Center M-W-F for 3 years. I appreciate the way he develops and conducts the work outs. Each day of the week has a different format and within that format the workouts are never the same. I didn't realize how many different ways you can do planks and use a medicine ball to work so many different parts of the body. As long as Nathan continues to lead, I will be there.

    I have been attending Nate's FANTASTIC Morning Fitness class for over 5 years now. Every day we do something different so you never get into a rut. Of course that means that every day after class you have the potential for sore muscles because he is always shaking things up! That being said, Nate does a great job of warming us up and stretching at the end to help alleviate some of the pain from the hard workout he puts us through. Nate has a great sense of humor and is a good motivator, which is important on those days you just want to crawl back in bad. Any time any of us have had an injury or are feeling off, he suggest ways to alter the workout so that we can still participate without making matters worse. Great class, with great results! I highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

    I have been attending Nate's morning class at the Vienna Community Center for about a year and a half. I really enjoy his class. He gives us something fresh and new for every class. He is a great leader and inspires us that we can accomplish anything. He portrays that just by living the life that he lives. He is an awesome teacher who motivates us when those mornings can be rough! Even though we may come quiet to class, he always ends up saying something that will make us laugh and become more motivated. I can tell that this is a passion of his because he pours his all into his preparation for class as well as his instructions for the class. He is very organized and is always early for his class. He is such a wonderful teacher but most of all a great friend. He is sensitive to our needs in what we need as well as the things that we need to take our time with and pace ourselves. There is no one like Nathan! He's the best!!!

    I believe that I've been attending Nate's class for close to 10 years. It took some getting used to the 6am start time, but I can't even imagine not attending. It's so motivational and the results are enough to keep me engaged. Every session is different and Nate keeps on the cutting edge of the exercise world, so we don't have to. He's tough, but never to the point of injury. (just fatigue) He's genuinely concerned about fitness, always has a positive attitude, and a terrific sense of humor. I would recommend this class to people of all ages. (and have many times already) He will cater to all needs and has an arsenal of knowledge. I have benefitted from this class greatly. Thanks Nate!

    I have been working out with Nate for over a year in a small group class and he is by far one of the best trainers I've ever worked with! Challenging, motivating, fun and creates an incredible environment to make personal progress (whatever that is for you!). He makes it personal even in a group class. His exercises are always changing, never boring and he is willing to push you when you need it. Always look forward to going to his class even at 5:30-6am!
