I was first drawn into the Pilates and Fitness world as a dancer in high school pre-professional ballet program. I sought out Pilates to re-shape my body and get in better shape for the demands of the performing world. Throughout high school and college, I became fascinated with how the body worked and used my own obstacles including various injuries and difficulty maintaining my desired weight as learning opportunities.
Over 10 years ago, I moved to New York City to pursue my passion as a performer and began my training as a Pilates Instructor at the Kane School. In that time, I have led hundreds of people towards better fitness, nutrition & health.
I am passionate about helping people identify their personal obstacles to reaching their optimum fitness, health & weight and take a holistic approach to coaching, training, and teaching Pilates. I seek to educate my clients about great alignment, exercise technique, nutrition choices, and lifestyle choices and habits. I specialize in injury prevention and recovery, weight loss and client motivational strategies.
