I've known Nancy for over 25 years in the fitness industry. Nancy approached me after my class because she knew I was having plantar fasciitis/heel spur issues for the last 10 months and knew that the MELT Workshop would be extremely beneficial to me. Within the last 10 months, I have been dealing with daily pain from the moment I wake up to the moment that I go to bed. During this time, I have visited my regular doctor, had multiple appointments with a podiatry doctor, had physical therapy appointments, when to a shoe specialist, tried a variety of inner soles, had a cortisone shot, wore a walking boot, wore a night splint, had weekly massages and did a variety of stretches. Nothing helped until I attended Nancy's MELT Workshop a month ago. The results have been amazing! I have very little to no pain on a daily basis!! I'm back to teaching my regular classes and I feel fabulous! I would highly recommend Nancy's MELT Workshops to anyone that is having any issues with their hands and/or feet. The success that I have had with this MELT method has been life changing! Kudos to Nancy for helping me solve my foot issues!! You're the best!! Thank you! Kim P.

I hadn't worked out in decades and was sadly out of shape. Thankfully, I partnered with a friend to get back into an exercise routine and equally important to my fitness journey, we found Nancy!

You only have to take one class from Nancy to realize she's not just teaching movements or routines, but she really understands the physiology and mechanics of fitness. This important insight helps her craft classes that are not only challenging, but also offer the maximum physical benefit. In spite of the degree of challenge, she's always quick to offer difficulty options, based on personal level of abilities, level of fatigue or current injuries - and thankfully she never makes you feel less accomplished if you aren't performing like the person next to you.

Clearly Nancy knows what's she doing, but more importantly, she knows how to have fun doing it! Her friendly approach, her ability to make everyone feel welcome, her relaxed manner and her great sense of fun are all reasons I take as many Nancy-taught classes I can.

There are plenty of qualified instructors out there and while others can make me sweat, no one makes me laugh while sweating like Nancy! I still have a long way to go in my fitness quest, but with Nancy's help, I'll get there.

I have been with Nancy for a couple of years now. Over that period of time I have been able to increase my fitness to the point that I can participate in activities I could never have done without specific training help. I can kayak and get out on my own with my tricep strength. I can move more flexibly-- I can even lift a bunch of groceries out of my car and lift them over my head to reach the close button on the hatchback! She makes it fun and I literally never would be as fit on my own. She models such respect for each and every client as well as deep knowledge of how to improve health without injury. She is such a unique trainer... don't go to her since then I won't get as much of her time!!

Nancy knows all the science behind what she tells you to do but never intimidates you with it. She pushes you to grow in a way that is so gentle that you don't even realize it... until you can't walk the next day. She cares so much about her clients and will wrack her brain to modify an exercise so that it is something you can do. She is hilarious and quirky and sweet and the hour with her flies by. She is so good that I take classes that I have previously had no interest in, just to work another hour with her and let her speak her wisdom into my life. Also, her nails are always bomb.

I started going to the gym back in March and I can tell you if I hadn't walked in to Nancy's class first I probably wouldn't have come back.
Her high energy & friendliness kept me coming back for more.
She makes it a point to not only know everyone that walks in her class but she also lets you know what part of your body you are working.
Also making it a point that we are all different & only work as hard as our bodies can handle.
Ive taken a few other classes she has and it's amazing the knowledge that one person has in of these different areas.
She loves what she does and she loves all of us as well.
I highly recommend and of Nancy's classes she's pretty amazing!!
