    I can’t say enough good things about Nancy. Initially, I was leery of hiring a personal trainer. Nancy put all my fears to rest. She is a consummate professional. Her fitness programs are effective. Her motivational techniques are positive and encouraging. She makes me want to be my best. Her programs are personalized and just the right level to challenge me. In the year I have worked with her I have gotten significantly stronger, I feel better, and my clothes fit better. If you are looking for a trainer, you won’t find a better one!

    When researching anything that you're going to invest in, its good to read reviews. And what is more important to invest in than your own health?

    I had no idea what to expect from a personal trainer when I first went to Nancy. She called me almost immediately after I inquired about working with her and that to me was a testament to what kind of a personal trainer she is. I say that Nancy in a true professional because she is not just a personal trainer. She is a woman that is 100% committed to making you a healthy and happy person.

    Whatever your goal, Nancy will work with you to fit your needs, preferences and lifestyle to help to achieve success. She tries everything herself first and makes no recommendations without doing something herself. Nancy honestly wants to help people be fit.

    Nancy is great. She is professional and on top of all new trends and investigates them before she offers them to her clientsl. Recently, I did a cleanse and though I thought I knew alot about it I was amazed at how little I really did know. Nancy took time to explain to me many things I was unaware of and helped me to plan the process for maximun benefit. She called me her rebel client because I was always trying to adapt the system to my thinking versus use it the way intended she was very patient and I gained more from her guidance than I would have if I just followed my own way.     Nancy is one of best trainers I have ever worked with. She pushes you when you feel like quitting and motivates you to keep up your training when working out on your own. She is always taking classes, reading the latest in training and nutrition. Nancy always makes the work out fun and different. I was at a point when I was training hard and I was not able to take the weight off. I was talking to Nancy about my frustration with the negative weight loss and she helped me realize that it was my imbalance in hormones. Now I am in the best shape and feeling very strong.
    She is the best!!!!!

    I met Nancy Garcia in 1999 whilst we were both living in Hong Kong as expatriates. We had both just arrived in Hong Kong and were both starting up our businesses as freelance personal trainers. After spending some time together, it became apparent that we shared a great interest in continuing to improve our knowledge and hence our service to our clients.

    Nancy is very interested in human anatomy and kinesiology. She is always learning new techniques to incorporate into her clients’ workouts to help them improve not only their fitness and strength, but more importantly get their bodies moving correctly. A great majority of the general population have movement problems, which they may or may not be aware of, whether structural or from injury, poor habits or just general lack of conditioning. Her goal is always to get the body moving and working correctly from the beginning.

    Nancy introduced me to Paul Chek’s teachings which she had studied in New Zealand and which greatly emphasize the complicated workings of the whole human body and in particular the core (abs, spine, glutes). Nancy always takes time to assess and analyze her clients’ core stability, posture and flexibility which then dictates the types of exercises that would suit them individually. Unlike with many personal trainers, Nancy’s clients are getting a very thorough service which is specificto them and will not only help them to get fit and strong but will improve their health by making their body move “properly” – as nature intended. Whithin the workouts Nancy will know which muscles require stretching and which require strengthening, meaning that her clients will never suffer injury in her hands. Their new awareness and core stability will carry over into their daily lives, making them less likely to suffer injury from poor lifting technique, poor balance or imbalanced muscles.

    Nancy takes her job very seriously. She never mindlessly puts clients on weight machines nor any other piece of equipment which she feels might be a detriment to them. She can offer clients a full service; helping people who have the desire to improve their eating by giving sound advice or even an eating plan. She can also help treat injury with manual therapy techniques she has learned. She can give clear instruction and is punctual. Nancy is also inspiring and fun to work and work-out with.
