    My name is Trina and I'm 42 years old. I've used Nancy's services for 4-5 months now and love it. I wasn't familiar with online personal training but gave this a try. It's a perfect fit for me because I get personalized attention - she listens to what my goals are and personally designs a routine based on the equipment I have available, the time I have available, and the feedback I give her. In the past I've done various workouts from different dvds, running, walking, etc. The difference is with Nancy I don't have to search this all out every time I get bored with my routine. And because I'm not a certified personal trainer I'd often injur myself or not push myself enough . . . just couldn't consistently find the balance that worked all the time. I love what she told me right out the gate, "we're gonna concentrate on strengthening your core . . . to protect your back from injury." I stand at work all the time and have had back issues. I love that I don't have to think about how - or research how - to keep my core, back, and whole body healthy. And every 4-6 weeks when I decide, Nancy changes it all up to something new. And it's really affordable, too. (on a personal note, it's really nice to be able to tell her, "I feel yuck today," and for her to respond, inquire, and encourage me on my diet and exercise. Nearly as important and the exercise routine itself!)
