I am a four-year veteran NBA Cheerleader Captain for the Chicago Bulls Luvabulls squad and a premier dance fitness instructor in the Chicagoland area.
I have a passion for reaching lives and enjoy transforming the bodies of women who have struggled with fitness in general - until they had a light bulb moment in one of my dance fitness classes. I especially love to work with the ‘“I can’t dance or I never dance in public”’ types; my counter is “IF YOU CAN WALK, YOU CAN DANCE in my classes!” All shapes, all sizes, all fitness levels – can walk in for the first time and dance their calories goodbye in my Cardio Burn dance fitness classes.
There is no job more rewarding than one like mine where you see and know you can reach the human spirit and make a difference in the lives of many. My claim to fame is that I love to have fun with fitness and I never want to do anything that feels like a chore just because it’s a workout!
Having appeared on WGN, ABC7 and NBC5 numerous times over the years, both as an NBA Cheerleader and as a featured dance fitness instructor, has made it easier for me to reach and connect with the everyday person. But a workout DVD or a TV show can never take the place of a live, sizzling, exciting and heart pumping class with people like you all around me so we can workout together as a Cardio Burn Team.

I teach class ranges from private one on one sessions, to small groups, to huge classes indoors and outdoors.
My experiences also include exercise pole dance class instruction for which I was featured in various national magazines covering pole dancing as the new fun fitness craze. I think its important to take different types of dance fitness classes to keep things from getting stale - what do you think?
The side effects of a fun dance workout are endless...like scoring a perfect 10 body, burning fat the fun way, a lot more winks and kisses from the hubby or that new hot guy one cubicle over!
