Myra Robinson

Henrico, VA 23233-6617

After working in corporate sales for many years, I switched careers and become a personal trainer. I wanted a job where I could focus on helping people grow and get healthy.

I have a BFA from Virginia Tech, and am certified in Personal Training, Orthopedic Exercise, Youth Fitness and Fitness Nutrition by the American Council on Exercise.

In 2012 I trained under IFBB Pro Jill Vadala, and became a nationally-ranked NPC Bikini Competitor. I also had the amazing opportunity to compete on NBC's American Ninja Warrior in 2016.

My style of coaching is perfect for busy parents and professionals who are 30 and over. I partner with Phoenix Fitness and Martial Arts in Henrico to give clients a facility equipped with the best strength and cardio equipment available. I've been so fortunate to help people get stronger and fitter over the past 10 years, and I appreciate you checking out my profile!

Myra is the ultimate trainer! At every class or training I learn new ways to achieve my fitness goals, we have a blast, and I feel great. Myra's customized workouts and one-on-one attention have really given me the confidence and knowledge I've needed to make fitness such a big part of my life.
