Myra Robinson

I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2004, worked in the corporate world for four years. I hated sitting at a desk all day, and in 2008 made the scary decision to switch careers. I became a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, and I loved it! I loved weightlifting so much, I started training under IFBB Pro Jill Vadala, and became a nationally-ranked NPC Bikini Competitor. After having two babies, I came back. This time in the obstacle course world. I competed on NBC's American Ninja Warrior. I became a professional ninja in 2016, and am nationally ranked in the National Ninja League. I'm a licensed foster parent, and I live in Henrico with my two preschool-age daughters, and my teenage foster daughter. My style of coaching is tough but nurturing. I put safety first and put lots of thought into finding the right exercise for each individual.

Myra is the ultimate trainer! At every class or training I learn new ways to achieve my fitness goals, we have a blast, and I feel great. Myra's customized workouts and one-on-one attention have really given me the confidence and knowledge I've needed to make fitness such a big part of my life.
