    I have been working with Molly now over 4 years, 60 pounds later I am a completely different person. Considering the path I was on before meeting Molly I cannot imagine what condition I would be in today, at age 52. Instead she has Empowered me to change my life, I now work out 5 days a week, I have run 2 5K's and consistently work out with folks much younger and more attractive than me. Wow what a bonus! More important than the the fitness she has been somewhat of a life coach to me. As a business owner with emplyees and clients to serve her studio and time is the rufuge I need to focus on my health. Four years ago, she became one of the best decisions of my life.

    I am a 49 year old female and have struggled with being about 30 lbs. overweight for several years. I desired an overall healthy me, but my willpower has been an issue. I started training with Molly in April of 2012. I had lost about 15 pounds through strictly cardio exercise a few months previously, but now needed to get serious about going to the next level. Molly has been an absolute blessing to me. She is encouraging while pushing me where I need it. Her overall knowledge of good health and well-being is tremendous. She is always on top of current methods and learning new things herself. Molly has been patient with me through several injuries and has stuck with me through down times when I was discouraged. I am happy to say that while my time with Molly has been interrupted through injuries, I have still lost 10 inches and 3% body fat. I was absolutely AMAZED at this success. I owe my success to MOLLY! She is one of a kind, both as my trainer and as a person. I would recommend any one to Molly!

    I have been a client of Molly's for the past 2 1/2 years. She has challenged me like no other trainer and more importantly has held my interest, encouraged and taugh me how to live a healthier life! I never thought I would change my behaviors/diet but she has proven to me with a healthy diet and regular exercise you can lose weight and keep it off! I've lost 30 pounds with Molly over the course of 2 years and am continuing to follow her lifestyle plan to keep it off. I can actually say I don't like missing a class and she and I are together 3 times/week for 1 hour each and she continually changes the program to keep things interesting. If you're ready to make a commitment and positive change for a strong, healthy body and mind and achieve long lasting results, Molly is your girl! She's truly been a blessing to myself and my family and I am very thankful for her!

    I am 15 years old and just 7 months ago I decided that I had to make a lifestyle change. I remember getting on the scale and being scared that I was never going to change my life and that I was going to be overweight forever. Molly offered me a Chance to change my life and start anew. I got togeter with her and she gave me all the information I needed to get myself in shape and eat healthy. I would go to Molly's classes and train with her once a week which is when she would also check my food log and tell me what to try and or eliminate. Molly has been supportive of me through thick and thin and has never given up. It has been just 7 months and I have lost almost 65 lbs. She is my inspiration and without her willingness to help me I'm not sure where I would be today! It is because of Molly that I have come to live a healthier lifestyle and have found a new love of working out!
