    Mishell is a great trainer and a real motivator. With just 10 sessions, I could really tell the difference. She runs a hardcore workout to make it worth your time and money! But she can also make workout sessions to accommodate your fitness level or if you have any injuries. She also sent me other workouts I could do when I didn't go see her. She definitely knows what she's doing.

    MISHELL NIBERT.... SIMPLY AMAZING!!! I met Mishell a little over a year ago when I joined the gym. I had recently turned 40 yrs old was overweight and totally out of shape to say the least. Mishell gave me the drive,with her expertise, to push myself and results occurred! I worked out with her once a week and she gave me a workout plan for the remaining 3-4 days a week to do at the gym to include toning and cardio. She also made it a point to make sure the workout fit me as a person. I honestly couldn't have done it without her motivation. Within just a few months I had met my goal weight plus was in better shape than I had ever been. I started out at 156 lbs, met my goal weight of 125 lbs and with her continuing support I now weigh 118 lbs and feel awesome!!!! If your looking for motivation to get healthy, lose weight, tone up, feel more energetic, and so much more, I would totally recommend Mishell. Give her a call, you will not regret it! BEST TRAINER EVER!

    Mishell is great! I had back surgery a few years back and thought I would never be able to get back in shape. Mishell went over everything I wanted to accomplish and designed a program that was doable and challenging at the same time. When I recently had knee surgery my recovery time was cut down thanks to my working out with her. In fact she sent me texts while I was recovering with exercises for my upperbody and core that I could do while rehabbing. If I had not accepted a job out of state I would still be training with her. So if you want a trainer who listens to you and will find the right way to push you to your goals, she's the one you are looking for.

    I started working out with Mishell about 5weeks ago after having not worked out in over 4years and I am amazed at how my body has changed in such a small amount of time thanks to her program and the tough but loving push toward good health she gives me every week. I have had more than one knee surgery and Mishell put a workout together that protects my knee. I love working out with

    I've been working out with Mishell once a week for the past 5 weeks. I haven't been good about working out between our sessions...maybe 2 times. STILL I've seen results in more toning and muscle definition in my arms, stronger abs, and stronger legs as well. Mishell is awesome. VERY motivational, she laughs at/with me when I'm in pain ;) and pushes me to make my ugly grimmace face come out! And then she says "are you ok hun? Just breathe, get some water." Haha, it's hard work but ALWAYS fun and well worth it with Mishell and I would recommend her to anyone. If we weren't PCSing (moving with the military), I would seriously consider hiring her to coach me to compete. Thank you Mishell for helping me get motivated to look like you! -Sandy Shorr :)
