    I've been working with Mike from MedFit Group for about 3 months now, am super happy with the results and always have a good time.

    My goal is to permanently lose 30 pounds by getting into the habit of exercising and eating better. Right from the start, Mike connected me with a nutritionist, who taught me everything I needed to know to make my exercise program really pay off. Next, Mike assessed my posture and over a few weeks did his magic to correct any misalignments that had developed from years of substituting exercise with computer work. We then launched into a 30 min, 3x/week weight loss program. As a result, I look noticeably leaner and stronger, feel better, and am looking forward to keeping up my new lifestyle.

    A few ways in which Mike helps me be successful:
    • He's always in an infectiously good mood.
    • He keeps workouts fresh and interesting.
    • Instead of pushing me to work hard, he motivates me. Same result, but a lot more fun.
    • His various degrees in medical exercise mean he knows far more about achieving fitness and wellness than your average trainer does.

    I started going to Mike because I needed to strengthen my back and improve flexibility. Since I have been going to Mike I am able to work out without my back being in pain. My sleep has improved due to not having a back ache anymore. My flexibility has also greatly improved well beyond my expectations. Mike has greatly improved my mobility in life. In the past I was getting numerous injections in my back a couple times a year. But with the program Mike has me doing for my back I have not had to go in for any more injections. All I can say Mike really knows what he is doing and is a great trainer.

    OK. Can I tell you just how awesome Mike Hardy is? I recently moved to the Cumming area. Prior to moving I had been working out with a personal trainer 3-4 times/week for the past 3+ years. I had absolutely no hope that I would find a trainer as reliable and wonderful as the one I had been working with in my home town. Well, not only did I find a new trainer (Mike Hardy) but I found someone who is not only keeping me in shape (I recently lost over 125+ lbs) but also who has improved my workouts and has reduced my pain/injuries as well!! He has a repertoire of training techniques like none I’ve ever seen AND he focuses on my wellbeing as much as my figure! LOL! Meaning he knows the body/muscle structure and heals my aches/pains through corrective exercises to keep my body in the best shape ever. If you’re looking for someone to help with building the body you’ve always wanted then Mike is your man. If you’re looking for someone to help you with back, neck, shoulder, leg, etc. pain/injuries then Mike is your man. I just about never provide feedback/recommendations but in Mike’s case I just had to tell my story. He’s the best.
