Instead of saying “I can’t” ……
Before I started working out with Michelle Collier at Performance Fitness I had lots of excuses for not exercising. They ranged from “It’s too early in the morning” to “I just don’t have the time”. Looking back what I really meant was,” I don’t’ want to” and “no one can make me!” Yes, it’s true, no one can make me work out, however, fortunately after starting a fitness program with Michelle I now know that excuses don’t’ work. What works is putting one foot in front of the other and taking a chance by starting or amping up your fitness program. I remember thinking that I really wanted to do something, anything to gain some energy and feel better. Fortunate for me, I had the opportunity to work with Michelle for some personal training sessions and she made me realize that my excuses were no longer necessary. That in fact, I could stick to a fitness program and that I would actually enjoy it and feel better. Now fitness is part of my life – an enjoyable part. Thanks to Michelle Collier at Performance Fitness for inspiring me and encouraging me in a fitness transformation. Maybe you will join me – instead of saying, “I can’t” give yourself an opportunity to say “I can” and “I will.” Come join my boot camp friends and me at Performance Fitness LLC! You can do it!

Michelle has introduced me to a whole new me! She has taught me how to exercise, how to eat and she does it all in a non judgemental way. I have attended her Bootcamps, her Pilates classes and her Kettlebell classes. Kettlebells are my favorite! She teaches a great class and she pushes me to do my very best. In-fact she often accepts nothing less. She comes to class ready to give her best, she inspires the rest of us to give our best. Michelle continues with her own fitness goals, which in turn allows her to share with her clients up to date information. Michelle has a vast knowledge on nutrition and human body. She is the thinking person's trainer - if you sign up with Michelle for any of her classes or as a personal client, you will change your life.

Michelle has been my personal trainer for over two years. During that time, I have lost weight and become stronger and healthier. Not only has she helped me develop a workout regimen that works for my body, lifestyle and fitness goals, she has also helped me better understand the role that proper nutrition and maintaining a healthy diet plays in overall fitness. Michelle strikes the perfect balance as a personal trainer – she’s not going to go easy on you, but she’s always upbeat, motivating and encouraging. After each session, I feel strong, confident and energized.
I have also attended Michelle's kettlebell class. Kettlebells are one of the best workouts around, and Michelle’s class is outstanding. She makes you feel comfortable using the kettlebell and then challenges you each and every week. You get an amazing full-body workout in just 60 minutes. I also love that the class meets in the evenings, which is great for us non-morning people!
If you want an unbeatable fitness experience, then you want Michelle Collier and Performance Fitness. You will not be disappointed!

Thanks to Saturday Boot Camp, Tuesday Pilates and Thursday Kettlebell sessions, I've found the inner athlete in me. I used to watch people exercise and thought "I could never do those moves!!" But those days are gone. Michelle motivates and will push me to do my best. Since joining Michelle's exercise classes (I began in April 2010), I've lost 70 pounds and my body is getting toned.
Michelle keeps up-to-date on the latest exercise moves and will only provide her clients with the best options in order for us to get the results we want.
I can't stop saying wonderful things about Kettlebell. When I first took Kettlebell with Michelle, I noticed my body felt better after class. I was so happy when she decided to schedule a Thursday session. Kettlebell is a full-body workout and Michelle will make sure that I'm doing (along with my classmates) the correct moves. I'm so happy with the results I'm getting from doing this form of exercise.
I used to have a fear of exercising with other people; I'm pleased to report that my fear was baseless because my fellow classmates were/are supportive and want to see me succeed. It's so amazing what a good workout can do for your body and your mind.

Taking Michelle's boot camp class is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The classes are varied and challenging - fantastic for people at all levels of fitness. I am in better shape than I have ever been. I have started running 5k's - something I never thought I would do. I am consistently inspired by Michelle and by the wonderful group of women in this class. Michelle challenges us to be at our best. She focuses not only on our performance during class but encourages us to incooperate good nutrition as part of our fitness goals. She is a wealth of information & a great support system. She always, always, give us a new challenge to conquer. If you follow her advice amazing things will happen.

I love Michelle's women's bootcamp class. It's the best full-body workout. It's hard but there's a great comraderie among the women so we get through it together, with lots of grunts and laughs. She crams a lot in in that hour and when you're done you feel so amazing and proud. My body has totally changed - I'm so much stronger and have a lot more stamina.
The other thing I love about the class is that it's always different so you never get complacent or bored.
It's a great bargain too, especially for this level of instruction. Her knowledge of nutrition and weight loss is also great and has been very helpful to me.
