I've been training with Michelle for almost 6 months. She works patiently with me on my disabilities. She is always positive and corrects me when I am not. Michelle has a bubbly personality and is always smiling. I can tell she enjoys what she's doing, since she has me doing varied workouts and brings in her own equipment. I am enjoying this journey mainly because of her. Michelle is a blessing!

Michele is AWESOME! She is driven, enthusiastic, motivational, and truly focused on your health and fitness progress. She consistently encourages and she really listens to every single person. I have never had an instructor who is so invested in my well being. I have been with her for years and will be so for many years to come. Her energy just pours out of her, which makes you even more energized. She is by far the best fitness instructor I have had since I started kickboxing aerobics 16 years ago.

Michele is a wonderful fitness instructor. For those of us (like me) who have not been on an exercise program in many years, she is patient, knowledgeable, and knows how to gauge how much to push you. I am finally getting it -- I need to exercise and it is not as painful as I thought. I may end up liking this!

Michele has really helped me change my life. When I started working with her I had NO balance and lots of pain in my hips from arthritis. Michele took the time at our first session to talk to me about my lifestyle, my diet and my goals. She took pictures to document my posture. Every week there was a different lesson...pilates, strength, aerobics, yoga, balance.

Today, my posture is better, my breathing is better and I am pain free. I get out of bed and walk down the stairs, no waiting for my body to "wake up". Michele works with you where you are, she challenges you, supports you and helps you help yourself. I eat better, I sleep better and I feel better. And somehow she makes me think I did most of the work but deep down inside I know I wouldn't have done it without her.

Michele is one of the best personal trainers in the DMV. I feel and see my results daily. One quality that makes her standout is the fact that she pays attention to each movement and she WILL correct you. Michele cares and makes you challenge your own strength.
