Not knowing details about this client and their alotted time to reach their goals or their specific goals reached...I would do another assessment, (at least a final assessment) and set new goal...

Not knowing the condition, age and health stats of your clients...I wouldn't see any harm in that type of training. It's just one of many types of regiments one can choose from.
Along with any exercise program should be a balanced nutrition program as well to help lose body fat.

Years ago I would say a bachelor's degree, but given this economic high unemployment rate environment...I know many degree holders out of work. Along with that...most health clubs will require a CPT certification to gain employment regardless of a bachelor's degree.
