I have been working with Mike for a couple of months now and enjoy easch session I have. I have worked out on my own for a number of years and never had a trainer before. Mike has stepped in and corrected my form and posture, and has shown me new ideas when I need a change. I enjoy working with him and would recommend him to anyone, any age, any level.
I started using Michael in January. I have used him twice a week for 5 weeks, and I amazed at how strong I feel. He is extremely knowlegable about fitness and diet. He knows when you cheat as well. I is also very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who wants look and feel great.
My name is Josh Lepley and I have been working out with Michael for two summers. I am a student athlete at northern arizona university and I play basketball for them. I chose to workout with Michael becuase my mother told me to. My first response was "I am not working out with a trainer, I can do it on my own." I went anyway, and was glad I did. Since I have been working out with him I went from 210 pounds to a solid 245. He has increased my core strenght, hand strenghts, balance, and many many more areas that I needed to work on. With his help I have become a better player and I feel healthier as well. I would reccomend him to anyone who wants to work hard and better themselves, in what ever way that may be. He is great and I will continue to work out with him. Thank you michael.
After seeing the incredible transformation my mom made from working out with Michael, I just had to start working out with him. I had heard so many good things about him from other clients as well as my mom, and I can now say firsthand how amazing of a trainer he is. Michael is a very patient trainer who sincerely cares about your health and progress. He has various exercises that are fun and most importantly effective. I am fifteen pounds down right now, and am looking forward to shattering my next weight loss goal! Michael is amazing and I would recommend him to everyone.
I have been training with Mike about once a week for a few months now. I like how he shows me new things to try and pushes me because I don't push myself when I work out alone. He does great with not letting other people distract him when he is with a client and I really appreciate that because time is limited with him.

I needed to get off my butt and start a fitness program. I hate group classes so a friend recommended Michael. I am one month in and feel stronger than ever. I am addicted to getting fit! Michael varies the training each time so I never get board.u clothes are fitting better but above all I am excited to see my body changing. This was the best thing I have done for myself
