    Working with Michael has been the absolute best thing I have done to improve my fitness and health.When I started with Mike back in February 2015 my stats were 6'2" 221lbs at 21% body fat. I am now at 215lbs and 14.5% body fat currently all done while working 1 to 2 days a week with him and eating healthy.I am pain free, I feel stronger, more energetic, sleep better, and my wife says I look much younger. Michael has taught me to listen to my body when lifting, to change it up if something is not working, to eat right, the importance of rest/recovery, and inspired me to take it to the next level. It seems as if the people around me are becoming healthier as well as a result of my fitness journey. My wife is now at the gym 4-5 days a week. My kids are playing sports, riding their bikes and just being more active, eating better and performing well in school. It just keeps getting better. Thankyou Michael Saiz, you are truly an amazing person.

    Working with Mike was my best decision after joining the gym. Mike was always pushing me to my limits and encouraged me to always try harder! Mike was a great trainer and would recommended any of my friends to him, because he focused on what I wanted to built muscle wise and strength wise.

    I'm a serious big game hunter. In 2010 I took a 12 day trip to the North West Territories to hunt Dall Sheep. Although I trained hard for the trip and at 45 was in the best shape I've been in since my early 20's I bonked about day 9.

    In 2014, at 49 years old, I decided to hire Michael to help with my conditioning for an even more grueling 17 day trip to the Northern Rocky Mountains in Northern British Columbia. I was pursuing Stone Sheep which many consider the pinnacle of North America hunting. To make it more challenging I chose to hunt with a bow and arrow. If you’ve hiked the Sierra Nevada Mountains around Reno, think of the hiking the last mile to the top of Mount Rose and doing so off the trail the entire way; yes even over those big, nasty, dangerous rock slides. Now think of doing that while carrying a 40# pack and an 8# bow then multiply the miles to 5 to 15 per day, add in riding horses and doing it for 15 days straight while getting only 6 hours of sleep, or less, per night. On a daily basis we crossed side hills, rock slides and knife edge ridge tops that would literally kill you if you were to fall so balance, strength and stamina were mandatory. With Michael’s guidance via 20 training sessions I completed this hunt without tiring and was even able to walk out on the last day over the course of 9 hours without getting tired!!! In addition I lost nearly 15# prior to leaving and best of all my blood pressure dropped from 160/90 to 110/70. BTW – I was successful with two days left in the hunt…
