Who is this goofy guy who looks like he had his profile picture taken in the jungle? That's me. I hate getting my picture taken. But that is another story. You are here because you need to get back in shape. The reality is most people kind of know what to do and what to eat. So why do you need a trainer?

You probably don't. You need a coach to sit down with you and create a plan of action. The best way to get back in shape is to be consistent. And that means not getting injured or fixing injuries. I can help you with that. I am certified in corrective exercise and I am big on technique. So you not only do the exercises, you learn how to do the exercises.

The other part is creating a plan that fits into your lifestyle and is something you want to do. I realize you live in the real world and not a petri dish in the lab!

    I have been training with Mike for over a year now. We have a group of 3 or 4 that meet at my house and workout with Mike a couple of times per week.

    It is difficult enough to train one person, but when you add 2 or 3 people at various levels of fitness, it can get complicated. Mike always comes up with a workout that is challenging for everyone. He also, miraculously, keeps it flowing with no one waiting on anyone else.

    Mike has also tailored the workouts to help us in our particular sport. The workouts are hard but fun, and we are all improving in strength, fitness and flexibility. Along with great workout advice, he has helped us with our nutrition and diet.

    Mike is always upbeat and professional - one of the nicest people you will meet. He puts up with our whining with patience and good humor. He is also extremely flexible when our schedules cause us to cancel at the last minute.

    I would recommend Mike as a personal trainer to anyone who wants to get in shape and actually enjoy doing it.

    If you are looking for a knowledgable, engaging, fitness coach/trainer to help you reach your goals, Michael is ideal.

    Michael is tough--but encouraging, driven--yet compassionate, goal oriente--but flexible always keeping in mind YOUR level of fitness, skill and goals.

    I found Michael to be incredibly supportive, very knowledgable, highly movtivating and fexible trainer. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE AT 6:00 in the morning to accomodate my schedule.

    Michael can also help you with your diet plan and has a great deal of knowledge about nutrition as it realtes to LONG TERM HEALTH.

    Besides all of that...he's a GOOD GUY.

    I HIGHLY recommend Michael.
