I specialize in weight training, bootcamp, and Martial Arts. I've been studying Martial Arts for over twenty years, and teaching martial arts for five years. My expertise is in boxing, kickboxing, and TaeKwondo. I've dabbled in Hagana, Muay Thai and Krav Maga. I'm very curious about fitness and read every book about fitness I can get my hands on. I believe exercise is medicine.

    Mike really knows what he preaches. Not only does he provide facts but you see results. I am very happy I have " the trainer"!
    Excellent guy and killer work outs that lead you wanting more!! I have definitely seen changes happen and could not be happier. I strongly agree that Mike is the guy you want to train with if you want to see true result.

    Michael is a fantastic instructor. He's fun, personable and engaging. I took his kickboxing classes and they were always fun to go to and always an amazing workout.

    Mike is an awesome personal trainer. He tailors each session to focus on my strengths and weaknesses and I observed incredible results. After only a few sessions, I'm already feeling the difference in my strength and energy. Mike keeps each session fresh and interesting. He monitors your progress to ensure your improvements are on track. He pushes you hard but also understands your limits and is very patient. I would recommend Mike as a personal trainer without any reservations.

    Mike is the BEST, hands down! He's always so good about changing up our work-outs every time which keeps things interesting and challenging. He's a wealth of knowledge and tips and I have learned so much from him but most importantly, I am seeing real results and creating habits that are helping me change the way I work out and sculpt my body into what I want it to be. Mike balances an intense work out with fun and humor and he inspires me to dig deep and give 100% the entire time I am there and I have never worked harder but had more fun. I've worked with a number of trainers in the past and have always hoped to find someone like Mike to push me and keep me interested and challenged and I feel really lucky to get to work with such an amazing trainer every week.

    First off, Mike is an incredible example of what the right training can do for a body! He leads by example for sure. He cares about keeping my sessions interesting and adjusting to my needs and goals and he imbues it all with humor and fun and knows when I need to be pushed to the next level. I don't get away with not working hard for him, so its always intense and I've grown to crave it. Its worth it! My body has changed for the better, no doubt about it. I also usually learn something useful about fitness and health in general working out with Mike. He's the best!
