I've been working with Melissa Sigler for 3 months and in that time I have been able to reach and stay at my ideal weight goal and am on track to meet and exceed my other fitness goals. I currently attend the group workout classes twice a week as well as having a personal one on one training session once a week. Melissa is fantastic at evaluating where you are at physically and how to get you to where you want to be. She is good at finding new and interesting workouts each week to keep your body guessing. I am extremely happy with the amount of weight I've lost as well as the muscle I have been building. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Melissa for the rest of the year and beyond. No matter what level of fitness you are at, I highly recommend working with her.

I am a new mom and was needing someone to push and keep me motivated because usually when I work out alone I am quick to give up and not push myself. This is my third week attending Melissa's small group training classes and they are great! Melissa provides total body workouts which is exactly what I needed and during the class she pushes us to keep going even if it is for just one more push up or to hold a plank for one more second. Having her there and her encouragement makes such a difference and after every class I feel so great!! She even sends us home with some "at-home workouts" to keep us motivated to continue our exercising on non-class days. I always look forward now to exercising and her classes because I never know what to expect from Melissa's workouts and I love that!!! THANKS MELISSA YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

I have been working with melissa the past few months, she is fantastic, and has been really giving me workouts that I can feel! I feel great and have lost 25 lbs! Along with her being a great trainer she has an awesome blog with healthy, tasty recipies even a picky eater like me can enjoy!

I have been working with Melissa for a few weeks now in a small group class twice a week and love it! She is great at creating a well rounded routine that is different each session and is awesome at helping make sure I am doing everything with proper technique. Also,since I have some issues with a bad shoulder and knee, she motify's each workout to suit my level of ability compared to the others in the class. I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a small group to work out with where you won't get lost in the shuffle of a large gym. I also like that all the exercises don't require any machines so I am able to do things on my own at home during my free time. I already feel better and look forward to continuing with the program.
