    Melissa is wonderful! I started working with Melissa to help with training for a Half Marathon and continued training with her long after the race. She is intuitive, observational and pays close attention to your work out while pushing you more and more with each session. I feel completely comfortable with Melissa and trust her judgement completely. She knows her stuff and is constantly integrating new knowledge into her training - building new challenges and strengths, both physically and mentally!

    Melissa is a great trainer, very professional and experienced. I have been working her for about 3 years and enjoy the work-outs. Thanks to her my fitness level is what it was 30 years ago, improved mobility, energy, and cardiovascular level. I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

    Review by Shelly R.: Melissa is absolutely amazing! She is our 6 person group trainer at DePaul University's gym. We are 6 busy moms who needed the extra push in working out and structure (of a permanent work out date) with our busy lives. Melissa is creative, fun, smart, sensitive and always keeps things fresh. She continuously comes up with new routines for us using unique equipment in the studio and on the track side. I adore her so much, I am increasing my training time with her to 2 times per week starting this summer. I having been working out with her for 1 year. If you want a top of the line trainer, call Melissa! She is the best!

    Melissa is a fabulous personal trainer. She challenges me while still being mindful of my comfort zone. She has assisted me in losing over 100lbs and has really been there for both my successes and failures cheering me on to go further than I ever thought possible. I highly recommend Melissa if you are looking for a personal trainer. She is professional but personable. A great mix!
