Client Reviews/Comments
I am inspired by Megan's testimony of her own health challenge that has lead her to such a passion for life and dance. She has a soaring spirit and a mother's heart too. I took the time to check out her blog where she shares a tribute to her mom. So profoundly loving and connected. She does this so easily and in her communications as well. She comes across as a woman with a mission to get the body moving and the spirit swirling to speak the essence of life. She is some of the many up and coming movers and shakers of our time contributing her part to humanity's well-being. It's an honor to be in the company of such spirit and heart.

I took Megan's class called "Overcoming Obstacles To Fitness" this summer through Oasis in our community. The information and Megan's enthusiasm for fitness has helped me on several levels. I have Fibromyalgia and experience some level of pain on a daily basis. Between the two class meetings Megan got online and did some research about Fibromyalgia and exercise which she printed out and brought to me in class. This class was perfect timing for me as I had already started to use Elaine Petrone's Miracle Ball method which arose out of her dance background and own experience with chronic pain.
My body, mind and spirit are "remembering" what movement is and how good it can make a Body feel! I even feel some self confidence returning after almost 4 years of major life changes and deep loss.
Thank you Megan for sharing your bright spirit and expertise in a way that helps others get up and get moving. As Megan says, "Don't think, just do it."

It is obvious how enthusiastic Megan is about her career. Besides being very knowledgeable, she is also very approachable as she always wears a genuine smile. I enjoyed attending Megan's fitness classes and always left with a good workout and often times with some reading material to go along with that particular class.
