    I've been training with Meade for a few months now. Very happy with the progress I've already made with him as my trainer. He is very knowledgeable, personable and knows how to get good results for his clients without risk of injury. He is always sharing information that will help me achieve my goals, and checks in via email every now and again to see how I'm doing and help keep me on track.

    Meade came highly reccomended by both the Karate school and a friend, and i understand why.
    He has taken the time to evaluate my son Joe, age 13, and develop a workout plan that will prepare him better for HS football and basketball.
    I shared with Meade my concerns up front about Joe's age and being careful to protect him as he is still growing, and it was as if he knew what i was saying before i got the words out.
    It's comforting to know he appreciates my interest and involvement, and offers me to join them as they train.
    Joe looks forward to the time together, knowing there will be a few laughs, as well as a healthy workout.
    And i'm surprised that Meade thinks about Joe and his workout more than when we are there. On his own time he adjusts the plan, and emails me to see how Joe is feeling.
    Give Meade a couple sessions and you'll be glad you did, we definitely are!

    I have been working with Meade for a few months now and I really look forward to the weekly workouts. During that time period, I have gotten noticeably stronger and my balance has improved. I am (or was?) a gym/lifting beginner. Meade is very good about showing/explaining the correct form for each exercise/lift, so that you can get the most benefit from each movement and avoid injury.

    I enjoy working with Meade – his personality is a nice combination of serious and fun. I never feel self-conscious or embarrassed about how I look or about making mistakes or asking questions. And Meade is good about pushing me to do a little more than I think I can do.

    I am a 53-year-old woman, moderately active. My goals were/are to improve my health; to get stronger; to improve my balance; to improve my performance in other sports; and to lose weight. With Meade’s help and advice, I am making good progress in each of those areas.

    Highly recommended. You will work hard, have fun, and feel like you are actually doing something to achieve your goals.

    Meade is an amazing motivator! Meade has worked with me personally (a 42 year old female) and also my teenage boys.

    For my boys, I wanted them to begin weight training safely and appropriately for their age and fitness level. Meade understood that and provided them with clear instructions and resources. They both look fabulous and have developed considerable muscle tone.

    For me, I need to balance my autoimmune disease and its limitations with my own desire to be strong and fit. Meade listened to me and developed a program that fits my lifestyle and preferences. I'm excited to take my fitness level to a much higher place in 2013 under his direction!
