I've known Mauire Cofman for several months. She really knows her stuff! She's been a perfect fit for my health and nutritional needs because she knows how to help peiople in my age category. Her seminars on metobolism and motivation helped me a lot with my challenge to exercise and lose weight. I highly recommend Maurie Cofman.

Maurie has personally trained me for over 3 years and I can say without a doubt that she is the best personal trainer! She takes the time to understand your needs and develops a program that is just right for you. She is patient, encouraging and done right rocks. You cannot go wrong with her at your side.
