I became a personal trainer because of the transformation I went through once I made a lifestyle change and made fitness a priority. I was once a very sedentary truck driver with extremely unhealthy eating habits which led to me being 50lbs overweight. Learning the importance of fitness and nutrition paved the way to my new self image both physically and mentally. Now with more energy, a new positive attitude, and healthier eating habits, I have a drive to teach others how to adopt a healthy lifestyle as well.
