    Martha is nothing short of amazing. I have been training with her for a bit over a year and it seems every time we meet she has me doing something new - never boring. She is the best!

    I have only been training with Martha for about a month, but I can already see improvement in my back/neck muscles after having surgery last year. Martha is really good at tailoring a program to fit your individual needs. I highly recommend her!

    I've worked with Martha for many years. She has helped me rehab a total knee reconstruction and a later knee replacement surgery that have allowed me to get back on skis and my bike. Most recently, she has inspired and guided me through a significant weight loss program. I've had significant health issues besides my knees and each time she has provided the expertise and encouragement to get me moving again through a variety of stretching, yoga-type exercises, and weight work. If you are serious about maximizing your efforts and results through a personal trainer, Martha is definitely the trainer to consider. She is the best!

    I have trained with Martha several times over the past few years. She is excellent to train with! I was looking for someone experienced and patient. She knows the muscles of the body really well and has tailored different workout programs for what I was looking for. She's upbeat, positive and motivating. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness no matter what level you are at right now. Be it cardio or weight training, Martha is among the best.
